ABOUT US
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Saddle & Sage Boutique through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS
We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Sizing and fit can vary between brands and styles. Where available, specific sizing and fit information will be provided within individual product descriptions.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we're unable to fulfil an order, for example because an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we'll contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate before submitting your order.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
For most goods purchased online, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods may be inspected, and where permitted by law a refund may be reduced if handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed when examining the goods in a shop has reduced their value.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
REFUNDS
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Where required, the basic cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Additional amounts paid for an enhanced or premium delivery service do not have to be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Goods sold to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Any promotional codes or offers are subject to the conditions stated with the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
WEBSITE & AVAILABILITY
We may update products, prices and website content from time to time. We cannot guarantee that every product displayed will remain available.
LIABILITY & YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability where doing so would be unlawful or affects rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase will be the version in effect when you place your order.
