RETURN COST

We want to make your returns as easy as possible. ♡

We offer FREE UK returns on eligible items within our returns window.

If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at sales@saddlesageboutique.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return has been approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail return label and instructions on how to send your parcel back to us.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

RETURNS WINDOW

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return an item. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
