WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Sizing may vary slightly between styles and brands. Please check the sizing information on each product page before ordering if you’re sure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1—2 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery usually taking 2—3 working days from dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive your tracking information by email.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We also offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £60 ♡‍

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

if you would like to return an item, please contact us at sales@saddlesageboutique.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll then provide you with the next steps for your return.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We’re unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
